Project Manager.

Happy Brush Painters paints homes, HOAs and businesses across Maricopa County and the Tucson area. We give real on-site quotes, do real prep work, and show up when we say we will. Every job comes with the Happy Guarantee: the customer doesn't pay until they're happy.

We need a project manager who keeps every job on schedule, on budget and up to that standard.

What you will do

• Plan each job from the signed quote: crew, dates, paint and materials
• Order paint and supplies and get them to the site on time
• Check prep before any paint goes on
• Keep homeowners, HOA boards and property managers updated
• Track each job's hours and materials against the bid
• Do the final walk-through and finish the punch list

What you need

• Experience running painting or construction jobs
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Comfortable on job sites and ladders
• Organized, on time, and clear on the phone

Nice to have

• Spanish (many of our customers and crew speak it)
• Commercial or HOA repaint experience
